My Background
I was born and raised in Beaver County, Pennsylvania. I developed a fascination with alternative medicine and bodywork early in life and eagerly began my journey at The Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy immediately upon graduation from high school. My Approach
My practice is fueled by my fascination with the human body's innate ability to heal itself. I feel that it is my calling to help others remain healthy in part by relieving tension in the tissues of the body and helping to facilitate/restore the flow of chi, prana, or vital energy in the body as it is widely acknowledged that the stagnation of this energy results in dis-ease. I feel especially drawn toward Ayurvedic Medicine as well as Functional medicine. However, I admire the philosophy behind any discipline of medicine that focuses on prevention and empowers individuals to take healing into their own hands. I am eager to further my education and continue growing indefinitely into the most resourceful practitioner I can be.
